Safety Measures

Until further notice we are abiding by state and salon/spa recommended guidelines regarding social distancing and sanitation. Regarding this, here are the items we would like you to consider:

Before making an appointment: Only guests who are receiving services will be allowed into the salon. If you require another person accompany you, such as an aide for physical assistance or if you are a parent that will be accompanying your child, please inform the front desk while making your reservation.

On the day of your appointment please be sure that you are not sick. We reserve the right to refuse service to those who are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 including but not limited to fever, coughing and shortness of breath. If you exhibit these symptoms during your appointment, we will discontinue the service and reschedule you for a later date. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as you can. The charging of cancellations fees has been rescinded until further notice. In addition, our service providers will not report for work if they are experiencing these symptoms. In the event your service provider is out we will make all reasonable attempts to still provide you with services albeit with a different service provider or rescheduling for a later date.

Please note that some services may not be available until further notice.

During your appointment: Please do not arrive early for your appointment. If you are early you may call from outside the salon to let us know of your arrival. If the service provider is ready for you at that time we will call or come and get you otherwise, please only enter the salon at your scheduled time.

Wash your hands upon arrival in the salon.

You will be required to wear a mask. If you do not have your own mask a mask will be provided for you to wear during your visit. Likewise, our services providers will be wearing masks and gloves throughout your service. For some aspects of your service your mask may be removed. Your service provider will inform you when/if that is necessary.

We are suggesting that you consider minimizing your time in the salon by taking advantage of express services, quick finishes such as mini styles or no blow out. Your service provider will discuss the right options for you.

Champagne Images will continue its high level of cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting. We have been and will continue to abide by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology as well as the state’s guidelines regarding these measures. Some but not all the measures we are taking include:

Hand sanitizer is provided for your use throughout the salon.

Sanitizing stations between each guest.

Sanitizing all door handles, credit card terminal, front counter, toilet handle and more every 15 – 30 minutes.

Removal of self-service beverages. Only one employee per shift will touch the coffee and water dispensers.

Regarding product purchases: If you do not have an appointment but need to buy products please call ahead and place your order and pay over the phone. We will have the order ready to pick up. Please call when you arrive, and we will bring the order out to you.

Reserving your appointment: We require a credit card to be left on file when reserving your appointment. 

  • Child Care: For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all our guests please make child care arrangements prior to your arrival at the salon. Child care is not provided at the salon. Children are not to be left unattended in any area of the salon. We gladly accommodate children who are receiving a service.  
  •  Cell phones: For the relaxation of all our guests we ask that you turn off your cell phone while in the salon/spa. If listening to personal electronic media please use earbuds.
  • Safety: The maximum occupancy of the treatment rooms and styling/nail stations is two people – the treatment provider and the guest who is to receive the service. Minors receiving services may be accompanied by an adult otherwise friends/family may wait in the lounge.
  •  Refunds: Absolutely no refunds are given on services rendered. In the event you are not satisfied with your service we will gladly work with you on correcting it. If you are not satisfied with your service you must notify the salon within 7 days for hair services at which time we will determine the corrective course of action.  Products are guaranteed and can be returned or exchanged if done so within 30 days of purchase. Hair pieces, extensions and boutique items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  •  Discounts: One discount per service or product will be given per visit. Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts may not be taken on services/products that are on special.
  • Referral program: Your satisfaction is our utmost goal. If you are happy with your services/service providers we appreciate you recommending us to your friends and family. For each new guest you refer to the salon you will earn a $20.00 credit good toward your next service.  
  • Home care recommendations: In order to maintain the results of your services we recommend following the home care protocol provided to you by your service provider. We proudly use and recommend only top quality professional brands that deliver visible results.
